web designer for small businesses
Web design for businesses who want a fab website they're proud of
Life's too short to be vanilla, so let's create something cool!
I create websites and take photos for small business owners who want to stand out. You want a website that speaks to your ideal client, and that you're excited to share. I build on WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Showit, Webflow or Shopify, and design with your ideal client and Google ranking in mind.

Websites I've launched
hey there
Hey! I'm Anna
A web designer for small businesses.
Hello! I'm Anna, web designer and wedding photographer. I also used to be a magazine copy editor, and I run a community for photographers.
I'm all about helping you attract your dream client experience and having a brand that's YOU.
I live near Brighton with my cat Loki. I'm also a Scout leader, tea addict and Crossfitter, and I say hello to every dog I meet. I love doing things differently and making the world more colourful.

what I do
Websites that feel like you
I build websites for businesses that are done settling for a site that doesn't really represent them.
I make super cool websites for people who hate their current website (or don't even have one!), want to look really good on the internet and get loads of awesome clients who love what they do.
Everything I do is built around one idea: your website should look and feel like you, speak directly to your clients, and help your business grow.
My default style is bold and colourful because I love it, but if your brand is minimal, elegant, earthy or anything else entirely, that's what you'll get.
working together
What working with me looks like
You're involved throughout
We'll chat on WhatsApp and I'll keep you in the loop the whole way.
No revision limits
We're done when you're happy. I don't count changes or tell you you've used up your allowance.
The site is yours
I don't lock you out of your own website or make you come back to me every time you need to change a word. After launch, I walk you through how to edit it yourself, and I'm always on WhatsApp if you need help, even years later.
No tech overwhelm
If you don't understand something, I'll either explain it and show you till you do, or I'll deal with it for you so you don't have to.
the team
It's not just me
I work with Martin Cheung, my hosting partner, who handles affordable personal hosting (if you need it), staging sites, and all the technical bits behind the scenes. Basically all the stuff I don't want to do! He's brilliant, and having him on board means you get a proper little team looking after your site.
why choose me?
Proud of it, every time
You'll come out the other end with a website you're proud of, and I'm very nice to work with.

Anna sprinkled her magic gold dust all over my sad and messy DIY website. I used to be ashamed to send potential clients to my website but now I can't wait to hand over the link. Anna was also amazing with communication and answering my noob questions (I seriously suck at website anything). Anna, you're a colourful fairy godmother of the website realms!

It feels amazing to finally have a website that represents me and my work properly. I knew Anna was the best person for the job, because, being in the wedding industry, she knows what (and why and how) is needed to create an engaging and optimised site. Anna is supportive and patient and created such a beautiful site for me!
